Bespoke Keepsakes for Home + Work.

Charm Home Books molds life moments into tangible, tactile, custom storytelling books that can be shared, preserved, and revisited for generations. Unlike digital storytelling platforms such as StoryWorth, Ancestry, or multimedia apps, Charm Home Books emphasizes human connection, personalized keepsake books, and legacy storytelling experiences. Each custom memory book is created through a deeply personal, one-on-one collaboration between the client and owner/founder Anne Brown Miller, serving clients seeking custom books, memory preservation, and archival-quality storytelling.

Anne is uniquely qualified to shepherd personal narratives into hardbound, archival-quality legacy books and custom memory books. For more than 35 years, she worked as a strategic communications and media relations professional across agency, corporate, and nonprofit sectors. Her portfolio spans healthcare, financial services, higher education, food and beverage, employee benefits, hospitality, home and garden, advertising, religious institutions, and long-term care industries, building strong expertise in storytelling and brand communication.

During her 40s, Anne returned to school, earning a master’s degree in counseling and licensure as a mental health therapist, further strengthening her skills in listening, narrative development, and emotional storytelling. She later resumed her career in marketing communications with enhanced insight into human behavior and research. Anne also holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Charm Home Books is Anne’s latest chapter—enhanced with graphic design expertise and a continued passion for custom storytelling books, memory books, and personalized legacy creation.

It’s both an honor and joy to offer Charm Home Books as an antidote to narratives that disappear within 24 hours.”
