This illustration – a 1920s-era real estate advertisement – hangs in our kitchen. A local gentleman gifted a copy from his family archives. (The man’s father, a banker, acquired original residence and street renderings as a financier of our neighborhood’s development.)
It’s my ‘why’ and inspiration.
Tangible and distinctive, the drawing captured a finite moment in time and evokes meaning for a limited few – the current homeowners.
